THE PROJECT

The Dragons Range project is located at Kau To Shan, Hong Kong. This US$258 million (HK$ 2 Billion) project has a site area of 23,056 m2, and includes the construction of a prestigious residential development with ten 30 storeys towers and 970 units.

The project has a deep basement built with pipe pile wall against the mountain, and a large podium with extensive greening and landscape areas, water features, swimming pool, vehicles and EVA roads etc. The client is looking for a reputable waterproofing supplier that can provide a one stop waterproofing solution meeting all the stringent waterproofing requirements of the project.
